Action Gym’s team of highly skilled personal trainers offer a dynamic program of balanced exercised geared to those of 50+. Combining fun with fitballs, mini-trampolines, hand weights, gym equipment and power walking in the beautiful grounds of the Youth Centre, these classes will help you to achieve your own personal best in levels of fitness, flexibility and stamina.
