10.30 am – 11.45 am

Heart Yoga with Sally – A shared practice of yoga postures, mindfulness, conscious breathing and guided meditation that nourishes a peaceful, healthy body, mind, heart and spirit. Men and women of all ages are welcome. BYO yoga mat (some mats are available).
