We all know that we need to ‘use it or lose it’ as we age – we need to move our bodies, use our muscles, huff and puff, bend and stretch…and laugh and connect with friends and neighbours.
Here at the Community and Youth Centre we offer two excellent fitness sessions for over 50s called “Mature & Motivated”. Our fully qualified and experienced trainers Sally and Luke love making people move in a safe and social environment. Our aim is to help you stay strong and fit; and if you’re new to exercise or returning after an injury, we can help you build up your strength and fitness safely.
