Action Health & Fitness offers both personal training and group exercise to our clients and the general public. Personal training is a great way to achieve all your health and fitness goals in a private non-intimidating environment. You will have the best trainers in the industry at your disposal to help you with technique, programming, diet and nutrition and rehab.

We run an Urban Rebound Class in our group exercise program which is done on a mini-trampoline to music. These classes are great for all ages as it offers a nice low-impact workout, but you can work at high intensity. There are heaps of moves involved and we finish with stretching and abs, as part of our 30 minute class.
We also run a Boxing Circuit on Monday mornings in which half the class undergoes a circuit comprised of different stations, both upper and lower body, for 1 minute. You then swap over and run through all our boxing moves. Class duration is 1 hour.

Our Price Packs vary as you can just do personal training, or combine your pack with group exercise. You can also train with a friend and halve the price. So you can do a personal training session and group exercise session for as little as $30 a week.
